This item is made to order. Please allow 8 to 10 business days for your order to be processed. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Please pay attention to delivery time. Standard delivery time can take up to 7 business days once it is in the post office possession. International orders can take longer delivery time with standard shipping. Orders can take up to 21 business days to receive once the post office has the package.
Returns/Exchanges
I do allow returns and exchanged for non personalized items. I dont allow returns for any items that has shorts or pants for sanitary reasons. You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to let me know that you want to exchange or return it. All tags must still be in tack in order for me to except a return or an exchange. I do not allow returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there was a mistake on my end. If there is a mistake on my end. I will gladly replace your item or you can send the item back to me for a refund or exchange. The choice is yours : )
