Shipping policy

Everything is made to order on our website. Processing times varies per product. Processing times are listed under each product. Once your order is made. You will receive shipping confirmation via email. 

US residents - Please allow up to 8 business days to receive your order once your order has shipped. 

International residents - Please allow up to 30 business days to receive your order once it has shipped out. 

 

Halloween Deadline: Please place your order no later than October 18th in order to receive your order by the 31st.  If you order after the deadline. We can not guarantee you will receive your order by the 31st.

 

No returns for any costumes after the 31st of October if your order was placed between September thru October.
